   ExpoAdvantage may collect information about you online when you voluntarily provide your information to ExpoAdvantage, for instance: (i) through the submission of forms, such as when you submit a form to participate in a particular exhibit, submit an application to advertise with us or submit your resume for an exhibition vacancy; (ii) by responding to our surveys; (iii) by contacting us via e-mail; (iv) by applying for special offers or newsletters; (v) by posting an item on the Website, including on our bulletin boards.

5. What does ExpoAdvantage use the information for?
   

   ExpoAdvantage uses your information for the following purposes:

   1. Providing Services: ExpoAdvantage uses your information to provide you with services, including processing your forms and applications, or to respond to your questions or requests.
      
   2. Understanding Your Preferences: In order to provide you with the best online experience possible, ExpoAdvantage may collect both personal information and non-personal information to give us a better understanding of you, your usage of the Website and the demographic and geographic profile of our customers generally.    Your personal information will not be shared with, disclosed, sold, traded or rented to any third parties and is collected for our internal use only, except that we reserve the right to disclose such information to: (a) any of our affiliates and subsidiaries that ExpoAdvantage deems appropriate; (b) any entity that you instruct and/or you consent to such disclosure, eg. if you submit an application to participate in an exhibit, we will submit your application to the exhibit organizer, (c) any of ExpoAdvantage 's service providers, provided that they agree to protect such personal information; (d) if such disclosure is made pursuant to a legal proceeding or as required by law; (e) another business entity should ExpoAdvantage plan to merge with, or be acquired by, that business entity; (f) organizations in connection with a merger involving ExpoAdvantage or a transfer or sale of our assets or business; or (g) in accordance with the terms and conditions set out herein.

   You acknowledge that in cases where you submit personal information to ExpoAdvantage to be submitted to another organization, such as an exhibit organizer, ExpoAdvantage shall not be responsible and/or liable for and has no control over that organization's collection, use and/or disclosure of your personal information.

7. Security Features to Ensure your Privacy
   

   In order to guard against unwarranted loss, use and alteration of your personal information, ExpoAdvantage maintains a number of different security measures.    ExpoAdvantage does not use cookies on the Website.

    As our information management practices change, ExpoAdvantage reserves the right to update the Privacy Policy as required.
